CSL in Auburn, Alabama seeks a Center Manager to oversee all center operations in the absence of the center manager, including production, quality, finance, HR and IT.

You will ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations, collect and analyze data to improve quality, efficiency and profitability, and lead audits with QA. HR processes and safety programs will be managed, with marketing support and up to 10% travel.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent combination of education and professional work experience required
• Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience responsible for overseeing the activities of a team/others
• Overnight travel up to 10%.

Mansioni

• Oversee center operations including production, quality compliance, finance, HR and IT.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Collect and analyze data to maintain center quality, efficiency, and profitability.
• Collaborate with the center manager to assist with quality compliance by meeting requirements.
• Develop corrective action plans with QA to address deficiencies noted during audits.
• Ensure OSHA regulations and training are observed and records kept.
• Recruit, train, counsel, and manage HR-related actions following HR policies.
• Support the center's marketing and advertising efforts.
• Overnight travel up to 10%.
