European Wax Center in Miami is seeking a Center Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, and drive guest satisfaction and sales performance.

You will manage scheduling, inventory, payroll, and ensure health and safety compliance while coaching staff to achieve KPIs and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background)
• Strong sales background preferred
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Established history of managing multiple direct reports
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Sales‑driven with a focus on customer service excellence
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Growth mindset

Job Summary

As a Center Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations at our European Wax Center location. You’ll be responsible for team leadership, sales performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
