European Wax Center in Miami, FL is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to help oversee daily operations at our Wax Center location. You’ll lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, drive sales performance, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining operational excellence.

We’re looking for a strong leader with a background in retail or service leadership, a passion for beauty, and a drive to exceed goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership.
• Strong sales background preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Growth mindset is key!

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists.

Job Summary

As an Assistant Center Manager, you will help oversee all aspects of daily operations at our European Wax Center location. You’ll be responsible for team leadership, sales performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
