You will manage scheduling, inventory, payroll, and compliance with health-and-safety standards while pushing sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention, with a competitive base salary plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail sales management or spa/salon operations or hospitality leadership.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Experience managing multiple direct reports.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
