As a Guest Experience & Sales Manager in Training at an Artemis Wax–owned European Wax Center, you will work alongside and report to an experienced Guest Experience & Sales Manager while you learn every part of running a center in the beauty industry. You bring the management experience. We will teach you the industry.You will learn to lead sales, develop a team of Sales & Guest Experience Associates and licensed Wax Specialists, and own full center results. This is a sales leadership role. Package sales and guest retention are at the heart of the job, and you will be expected to model strong sales performance from day one. You may be assigned to one or more centers during training.Once you have met all training requirements, you will be considered for promotion to Guest Experience & Sales Manager.This is a salaried exempt role that requires full schedule availability and the days and hours needed to complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.*This position offers a competitive total compensation package made up of base salary plus commission and bonus potential. Coach, mentor, evaluate, and lead performance.* Identify, recruit, and develop talent at every level of the center, including partnerships with beauty schools and other sources to recruit Wax Specialists and Sales & Guest Experience Associates.* Communicate clearly and set direction for the team.
