This salaried role requires full accountability for center performance and schedule flexibility. You will recruit, develop, and retain talent, manage guest flow and staffing, and uphold brand standards while delivering strong results.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in specialty sales and service management, with proven success leading and developing people.

As a Guest Experience & Sales Manager at an Artemis Wax–owned European Wax Center, you will have full sales and operating responsibility for a center in the beauty industry. You will lead and develop a team of Sales & Guest Experience Associates and licensed Wax Specialists and help them achieve their personal best.This is a sales leadership role. Package sales and guest retention are at the heart of the job. We are looking for a true people leader who gets results by developing others.
