Artemis Wax LLC is seeking a Guest Experience & Sales Manager in Cherry Hill, NJ. This role leads a center’s sales performance, coaches a team of Sales & Guest Experience Associates and Wax Specialists, and focuses on driving revenue, guest retention, and operational excellence.

The position requires 3 years of specialty sales leadership, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and strong communication with a hands-on coaching style.

As a Guest Experience & Sales Manager at an Artemis Wax–owned European Wax Center, you will have full sales and operating responsibility for a center in the beauty industry. You will lead and develop a team of Sales & Guest Experience Associates and licensed Wax Specialists and help them achieve their personal best.This is a sales leadership role.
