Job summary

S.A.M. Singapore Math and Musicologie is hiring a Community Manager (Studio Manager) in Millburn, NJ or Livingston, on-site. This salaried role oversees the center, leads the team, welcomes families, and drives enrollment growth.

You will manage daily operations across two programs, own family experience, and report to the owners with real decision-making authority. Training is provided and a strong sales orientation is valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years professional experience with some leadership or training responsibilities.
• Strong organization and follow-through across multiple moving parts.
• Confident, friendly communication with families, children, and staff.
• Comfort making calls, following up, and selling without being pushy.

Responsibilities

• Run the Center and own the family experience with daily operations, scheduling, and logistics.
• Own enrollment from lead to visit to enrollment and track progress in the CRM.
• Hire, onboard, train, coach, and manage teachers and staff; maintain roster readiness.
• Grow center engagement through local marketing, events, and partnerships.
