Job summary

Mathnasium, The Math Learning Center, is seeking a Center Manager (Full-time) in-person in New Jersey. You will lead a learning center, drive sales and marketing efforts, and manage customer relations with a focus on delivering a superior math learning experience for K-12 students.

The role progresses through a trainee path, with training to oversee revenue, staffing, enrollment, curriculum delivery, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in business management or sales with focus on customer service
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication: compassion, listening, solutions
• Highly organized with multiple priorities
• Strong leadership, empathy, diplomacy
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
