Owens Community College seeks a Manager for the Child Care Center at its Findlay campus to oversee daily operations, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. The role ensures high-quality child care in alignment with Ohio licensing and Step Up To Quality standards.

You will lead staff, develop curricula, and coordinate with families and external partners to support students and community education initiatives.

Qualifications

• A working knowledge of operation of a child care center and related development theories.
• State Licensing and Early Learning Standards knowledge.
• NAEYC Accreditation Standards familiarity.
• Ability to manage several projects and budgets.

Responsabilités

• Plan, supervise and evaluate activities related to Owens Child Care Center programs.
• Develop and maintain developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with OLDS and SUTO.
• Coordinate staff performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Develop annual budget with the Director of Business Operations.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and families to ensure compliance and quality.
