Job summary

CleanSlate Centers in Indianapolis is seeking an experienced Center Manager to drive daily operations, nurture talent, and ensure patients receive compassionate, coordinated care.

You will lead cross-functional teams in medical, behavioral health, and admin, implement patient-experience processes, and partner with referral sources to grow access to care. A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in healthcare leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare leadership.
• Proven success leading in a fast-paced medical office environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to guide teams through change and growth.
• Experience with patient satisfaction initiatives, billing oversight, and vendor management.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across clinical and corporate teams.

• Experience with patient satisfaction initiatives, billing oversight, and vendor management.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across clinical and corporate teams.
