Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 4+ years of healthcare leadership accepted in lieu.
• Proven experience leading a multi-disciplinary care team.
• Strong interpersonal skills to guide teams through change.
• Experience with patient satisfaction initiatives and billing oversight.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 4+ years of healthcare leadership experience in lieu of a degree accepted.
• Proven success leading in a fast-paced medical office environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to guide teams through change and growth.
• Experience with patient satisfaction initiatives, billing oversight, and vendor management.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across clinical and corporate teams.
