Ballast Wax European Wax Center in McMurray, PA is seeking a Center Manager to own the full picture—team performance, guest experience, sales results, and culture. This is a hands-on leadership role where you build a center people are proud to work in and guests love returning to.

You'll lead with autonomy, receive structured onboarding and mentorship, and have a clear path to Senior Center Manager and beyond.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue, hit sales targets and manage budgets.
• Experience coaching and developing a team for performance.
• Ability to recruit and build a high-performing center team.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue, package, and product goals; track and act on numbers.
• Coach the team on guest education and confident selling.
• Analyze trends and build action plans to improve KPIs.
• Lead local marketing and brand campaigns to drive traffic.
• Manage center operations: scheduling, inventory, payroll, cash handling, and sanitation.
