Job summary

European Wax Center is hiring a Center Manager in Cranberry Township, PA. You’ll lead a team, own guest experience, sales results, and culture, building a center people are proud to work in and guests love returning to.

Ballast Wax, the franchisee, supports autonomy with structured training and leadership development, including 2 weeks PTO after 90 days and a clear path to district roles.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales and manage a team in a retail/guest-facing environment.
• Experience leading direct reports in retail, spa, beauty, or similar guest-facing settings.
• Strong guest service mindset with focus on guest education and confident selling.
• Ability to analyze trends, track KPIs, and develop action plans.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue, package, and product goals and know your numbers.
• Coach team on guest education and confident selling.
• Analyze trends and build action plans to move the needle.
• Drive traffic through local marketing and brand campaigns.
• Manage center operations including scheduling, inventory, payroll, and cash handling.
