Job summary

European Wax Center in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Center Manager to lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists in delivering a first-class waxing experience. You will set goals, coach staff, and manage the guest experience while driving sales and performance.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of retail management experience, preferably with relevant industry experience.
• Flexible work schedule, including morning, evening, and weekends.
• Able to work 40+ hours a week.
• Demonstrated success in achieving selling and operational excellence by hiring, leading, retaining, motivating, and developing effective Team Members.
• Highly resourceful, flexible, and able to solve problems promptly.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with associates and business landscape knowledge
• Strong knowledge of the business landscape and ability to translate findings to positively impact Center level business.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Positive, personable, and detail-oriented.
• Experience coaching, developing, and motivating those around you.Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a team that drives results.
• Ability to communicate effective across multiple platforms at all levels.
• Proven ability to create an open and positive work environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and an obsession with creating the ultimate Team Member and guest experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

• Interview, hire, and train new associates as needed.
• Own and be accountable for creating a positive work environment that increases productivity and reduces turnover.
• Grow and encourage WCP culture within the center.
