Job summary

Wax Center Partners/European Wax Center is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide a first-class waxing experience, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced salon.

You will learn product features, participate in comprehensive training, and enjoy competitive pay with performance incentives. This on-site role requires a reliable, outgoing person who can work mornings, evenings, and weekends while upholding our core values and commitment to guests.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the sales process
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Key holder capable—open/close center
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including mornings, evenings and weekends
• Professional appearance at all times

Requirements

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• A reliable go-getter with an understanding of the sales process
• A passion for sales excellence through education; sales experience is strongly preferred but not required. If you are outgoing and personable, we have an amazing training program!
• Ability to responsibly open and close the center; this is a key holder position!
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Someone outgoing, self-sufficient, and motivated
