Job summary

European Wax Center in Novato, CA is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver an exceptional guest experience and drive sales in a fast-paced salon environment. You will use product knowledge to advise guests and promote Wax Pass benefits, helping meet daily, monthly, and annual sales goals.

Requirements

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• A reliable go-getter with an understanding of the sales process
• A passion for sales excellence through education; sales experience is strongly preferred but not required. If you are outgoing and personable, we have an amazing training program!
• Ability to responsibly open and close the center; this is a key holder position!
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Someone outgoing, self-sufficient, and motivated
