Arise, a fast-growing pediatric ABA provider with Central Florida clinics, seeks a Clinic Director to run the center full-time. You’ll ensure staffing, scheduling, and a motivated team while aligning with HIPAA, OSHA, and safety standards.

You’ll own the weekly scorecard, improve family experience, and drive billable hours through efficient staffing and operations. This leadership role offers a competitive salary and a performance-based bonus you control as the clinic scales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing a team in healthcare/ABA/childcare or multi-shift service
• Proven ability to recruit and hire quickly
• Experience building schedules around coverage and utilization
• Comfortable with numbers, metrics, and accountability
• Strong communicator who’s calm under pressure
• Experience with ABA or CentralReach is a plus
• Must pass a Level 2 background check

Responsibilities

• Staffing: post roles online, schedule interviews, and co-interview with Clinical Director; move candidates from application to offer in under 7 days
• Scheduling: build and maintain RBT/client schedules to maximize billable hours and reduce cancellations
• Team: lead, coach, and retain RBTs; run stay interviews and recognition; address performance issues early
• Operations: keep the facility running, manage vendors and safety/compliance (OSHA, HIPAA, drills)
• Metrics: own weekly Scorecard numbers and report in leadership meetings
• Families: be the go-to for parent concerns and ensure a great experience

The Role:

You run the clinic, and the Clinical Director runs the clinical side. You keep the center fully staffed, the schedule full, and the team engaged. Your bonus is tied directly to two things: billable RBT hours and employee satisfaction.

What You’ll Own

• Staffing: Spot staffing needs, post roles online, schedule interviews, and co-interview with the Clinical Director. You’ll take candidates from application to offer in under 7 days.

• Scheduling: Build and maintain RBT/client schedules to maximize billable hours and cut down on cancellations and lost hours

• Team: Lead, coach, and retain RBTs. Run stay interviews and recognition, and handle performance issues early.

• Operations: Keep the facility running, manage vendors and safety and compliance (OSHA, HIPAA, emergency drills), and keep the clinic parent-ready every day

• Metrics: Own your clinic’s weekly Scorecard numbers and report them in leadership meetings

• Families: Be the go-to for parent concerns and give families a great experience
