Job summary

KidStrong Fuquay-Varina is seeking an AGM to lead a center, drive sales, operations, and coaching excellence with a schedule that includes weekdays from 10:30am–7:30pm and weekends 8:45am–5:45pm. Base pay starts at $40,000+ depending on experience, with a multi-tier monthly bonus structure and opportunities for growth.

You will recruit and train coaches, engage the community, and plan programs to boost class sizes while maintaining a high-energy, positive environment for kids and families.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience in management, sales, customer service, or fitness operations.
• Background in childrens’ programming, fitness, education, or athletics is a plus.
• Must be available to work weekends—AGM is the center’s support system.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to create a positive, energetic, and successful environment for coaches and members.
• Oversee sales, operations, and customer experience to drive growth and retention.
• Work closely with the Leadership Team to ensure smooth center operations.
• Engage with the community and grow class sizes through scheduling and marketing strategies.
• Lead from the front by coaching 9-12 classes per week.
• Help recruit, hire, and train new coaches while ensuring program excellence.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility with a “roll up your sleeves” mentality.
