Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience with supervision of 5+ associates.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Proven ability to hire, train, and develop high-performing staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the center team to exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Manage costs and optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
• Maintain exceptional service and address guest feedback.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop in-center associates.
• Coach and motivate associates to achieve their best.
• Ensure adherence to policies and safety standards.
• Collaborate with District Manager and leadership on initiatives.
