Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking a dedicated counselor to provide personal and career counseling to Job Corps students. You will develop individualized career plans, coordinate services on and off center, and maintain case management documentation to support student success and retention.

You will mentor students, superviseProgram activities, and ensure confidentiality while meeting performance goals. A Bachelor's degree and relevant experience are required, with a valid in-state driver's

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with at least 15 semester hours in Social Services instruction.
Minimum of one year counseling or related field experience.
Valid in-state Driver's License and company insurability requirements.
Strict confidentiality and integrity of student data.
Must be able to manage a caseload and meet performance goals.

Responsibilities

Provide personal, educational and career counseling to students.
Develop and update Personal Career Development Plans for each student.
Coordinate on-Center and off-Center services to support retention and success.
Transport students as needed and required.
Mentor, monitor and model Career Success Standards for students.
Maintain documentation in the case management system and report progress to leadership.
