The Assistant Center Manager (ACM) at Anchor Point Management Group supports the Center Manager in ensuring every guest has a memorable and inviting experience while delivering the company’s financial results. Responsabilités

• Guest Experience: exceed guests' expectations with an inviting, memorable experience.
• Sales Leadership: drive monthly goals, manage shifts, improve performance with action plans.
• Talent Management: recruit, train, motivate, and retain Associates while promoting teamwork.
• Visual Management: implement promotional and visual marketing guidelines and maintain clean, organized centers.
• Operational Management: ensure compliance with standards, manage schedules, support budget targets.
