Anchor Point Management Group seeks an Assistant Center Manager in Lake Oswego, OR. The ACM supports the Center Manager in delivering memorable guest experiences, driving financial results, and supervising Guest Service and Wax Associates.

The role requires promoting retail product and wax pass sales. Responsibilities include leading Guest Experience, Sales Leadership, Talent Management, Visual Management, and Operational Management while ensuring compliance with safety standards and budget

Responsibilities

• Coaches staff on visual marketing guidelines and maintains brand standards.
• Supports Center Manager in meeting monthly budget targets for sales, cost of goods, labor, and admin.
