Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership.
• Strong sales background with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team across shifts.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem solving skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Growth mindset and guest-focused service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at the center with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Lead and coach a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists.
• Drive sales, memberships, and guest retention to meet center goals.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, payroll, and events.
• Ensure health and safety standards and brand compliance at all times.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to staff; address guest concerns.
