You will supervise staff therapists and aides, manage budgets and caseloads, and drive growth through marketing and referrals, while ensuring staff development and quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership, clinical problem-solving, and basic proficiency in Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff therapists and aides; conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients with high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Manage clinic facilities, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
