Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) in a full-time capacity. The role reports to the Manager of Clinical Operations or Clinical Operations Director and focuses on managing center operations and financial performance while treating a full patient caseload.

The position includes supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving growth through local marketing to referral sources.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure in appropriate therapy field.
• Strong leadership and clinical problem-solving skills.
• Experience with center operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Therapists and Aides and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients with high-quality documentation.
• Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, OSHA protocols.
• Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supplies.
