Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership/management experience.
• Budgeting, staff, and operations management experience.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations for center management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Degree in Business Administration, Social Services, Education, ECE, or related field.
• Experience with grant writing and fundraising strategies.
• Proficiency with data management and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of center operations, including staffing, budgeting, and program development.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate center staff for high performance and development.
• Implement policies and procedures for efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Build relationships with community partners, employees, and clients to increase visibility and impact.
• Monitor program effectiveness and client satisfaction using data for improvement.
• Oversee facilities to ensure a safe, clean, welcoming environment.
• Prepare and manage the center’s budget for financial sustainability.
• Represent the center at community events and with external organizations.
