Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• Must have 2 years of Center Director experience in a licensed child care facility.

Responsibilities

• Be a leader: manage staff schedules, evaluate performance, and develop improvement plans.
• Ensure the school operates according to company and state licensing standards and foster partnerships.
• Be an innovator: spark imagination and help children discover new things in an educational, caring, and safe environment.
