Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Center Director who will lead a team of educators and drive engagement with families and the community in Hendersonville, NC. This on-site role requires strong leadership and operational oversight to ensure high-quality early childhood education and family engagement.

You will hire, coach, and develop staff while partnering with parents, state authorities, and local partners to expand KinderCare's presence in the community.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of solid leadership experience.
• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Budget accountability and revenue generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Meet state guidelines and be able to lift 40 pounds.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and families.
• Role requires on-site work at the center daily.
