Qualifications

• Minimum leadership experience of at least one year.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Budgeting and revenue experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Must meet state guidelines for the role.
• Able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Proficient in English; able to communicate with children and families.
• On-site daily work required.
