Easterseals of Chicagoland and Greater Rockford is seeking a Center Director for the Easterseals Early Learning Center - Tinley Park. This role provides leadership, supervision, and program oversight to ensure high-quality, inclusive services for children and families, while maintaining compliance with funder and regulatory requirements.

The Director ensures evidence-based instruction, family engagement, and safe operations, guiding staff and ongoing quality improvement efforts across the center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education is required.
• Illinois Director's Credential Level II required.
• Special Education Endorsement must be obtained within 18 months of hire.
• Certified CLASS Pre-K and Toddler Observer within 1 year.

Responsabilités

• Provide oversight and leadership to ensure high-quality, inclusive services.
• Oversee staff schedules, supervise team performance, and manage enrollment.
• Develop annual training calendars and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain relationships with families and engage in family engagement planning.
• Monitor licensing, quality standards, and budget adherence.
