Easterseals of Chicagoland and Greater Rockford seeks an Instructional Coordinator – Directly Operated Site to provide coaching, training, and leadership in education, child development, disabilities, and mental health across Early Learning sites in Hickory Hills, IL.

You will supervise staff, support development and implementation of IEPs/IFSPs, ensure timely screenings, and foster trauma-informed, family-centered services aligned with Head Start standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ECE, Child Development, Special Education or related field with 30 credits in ECE.
• Minimum 3 years of early childhood classroom experience.
• At least 3 years working with children with disabilities or behavioral concerns.
• Minimum 2 years in administrative, supervisory, or coaching roles.
• Experience in Head Start/Early Head Start preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide instructional leadership and program quality support to directly operated sites.
• Coach classroom staff on lesson planning, curriculum, and effective instructional strategies.
• Deliver disability and social-emotional training to staff, teachers, and parents.
• Assist in program planning based on child, program, and family outcomes.
• Support IEPs/IFSPs, screenings, referrals, and data-informed decisions.
• Coordinate with leaders to ensure trauma-informed, strengths-based services.
