Easterseals Serving Chicagoland and Greater Rockford–Tinley Park location seeks a highly experienced Child Development Center Director to provide leadership, oversight, and training for our Early Learning Center. You will ensure high-quality inclusive services, compliance with Head Start requirements, staffing plans, enrollment management, family engagement, and ongoing quality improvement.

The role supervises the Assistant Center Director and other team members, with a focus on exemplary

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Illinois Director's Credential Level II required.
• Special Education Endorsement within 18 months of hire.
• CLASS Pre-K and Toddler Observer certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and oversight for the Child Development Center to ensure high-quality, inclusive services.
• Ensure enrollment targets are met and managed in collaboration with ERSEA & Family Health Team.
• Maintain compliance with Head Start Performance Standards, licensing, and funder requirements.
• Oversee staff supervision, professional development, and performance management.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets and resource allocation to sustain quality programs.
