Qualifications

• Experience leading Head Start/Early Head Start programs.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage operations.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum standards and assessment tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective oversight of center operations and compliance with licensing and quality standards.
• Develop enrollment plans and ensure full enrollment and family engagement.
• Lead staff supervision, training, and performance development.
• Coordinate with regional teams on program planning and quality improvement.
