KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Center Director in Wichita, KS to lead our center with a team of educators, partner with families, and ensure outstanding early childhood education.

As a Center Director you will use business, sales, and marketing savvy to grow our KinderCare presence in the community, maintain compliance with state licensing, and deliver a safe, nurturing environment for children.

Qualifikationen

• At least one year of solid leadership experience to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.
