Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies in Norman, OK is seeking a Center Director to lead a team of passionate educators, partner with families, and champion high-quality early childhood education.

You will manage day-to-day operations, nurture relationships with parents and licensing authorities, oversee budgets, hiring and staff development, and drive community engagement to grow our centers while upholding our standards of care and learning.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leadership experience.
• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Budget accountability with revenue generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
• Role requires on-site work at the center daily.

• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
