Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Center Director to lead daily operations, coach staff, and ensure a high-quality learning environment for children and families. This role emphasizes partnership with parents, curriculum implementation, and adherence to licensing standards.

The Director will oversee schedules, staff development, and performance evaluation while promoting a warm, engaging center culture that supports children's social, physical, and intellectual growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CDA, associate, or bachelor’s degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and center requirements.
• 1–2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a leader! Manage school staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing performance improvement plans; assist with curriculum implementation, coaching, and interpreting standards with teachers.
• Be an expert! Ensure the school operates per company and state licensing standards, promoting a positive partnership with the surrounding community.
• Be an innovator! Spark imagination, build self-esteem, and help children discover new things daily in a caring, safe, educational environment.
• Be a team player! Recruit, select, and retain quality staff.
