You will inspire children to become lifelong learners, recruit and develop staff, ensure compliance with company and state licensing standards, and partner closely with families and the community to deliver a warm, engaging, educational environment. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership to drive program quality, staff performance, and operational excellence

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a leader! Manages school staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing performance improvement plans.
• Be an expert! Ensure the school is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards, while promoting a positive partnership within the surrounding community.
