This on-site leadership role requires strong organizational and budget skills to drive center success and child development outcomes. You will partner with parents, navigate licensing requirements, and represent KinderCare in the community while upholding our commitment to

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
• Outstanding customer service, strong organization, multitasking
• Budget/financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with families and staff
• On-site daily work at the center

Responsibilities

• Hire, engage, and develop a team of educators
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education
• Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners
• Use business, sales, and marketing skills to grow KinderCare’s presence in the community
