Qualifications

• CDA, associate, or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead center operations, including staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and training.
• Ensure the center operates in compliance with company policies and licensing standards.
• Promote social, physical, and intellectual development of children within a safe, engaging environment.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain qualified staff to maintain a high-quality team.
