You will develop proficiency in sales, marketing, student and family relations, teacher management, and curriculum implementation while supporting high-quality educational services.

The role emphasizes developing leadership skills through hands-on learning, collaboration with staff, and driving center success through student performance and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with students, parents, and staff to create a supportive learning environment.
• Willingness to learn center operations, sales processes, and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and train with Center Directors to learn center operations, sales, and marketing.
• Learn and implement curriculum, teaching methodologies, and student assessment procedures.
• Interact with students, parents, and staff to build relationships.
• Participate in sales and enrollment activities and community outreach.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance feedback.
• Adhere to policies to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
• Contribute to center success by achieving student goals and business targets.
• Engage in professional development to enhance education and management skills.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective families and partners.
• Manage student schedules and provide progress updates to parents.
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and inventory management.
• Build relationships with families and the local community.
