Job summary

C2 Education is seeking a Center Director-in-training to master center operations, sales processes, and educational leadership within a C2 Education learning center. You will shadow experienced directors to gain a deep understanding of marketing, student relations, and curriculum implementation.

The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, and performance feedback, with a focus on applying teaching methodologies and achieving center business objectives in a dynamic after-school environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and train with experienced Center Directors to learn center operations and sales processes.
• Learn and implement C2 Education curriculum, teaching methodologies, and student assessment procedures.
• Assist with sales, marketing, lead generation, and enrollment consultations.
• Manage center staff scheduling, training, and performance feedback.
• Adhere to policies and procedures to ensure a safe, productive learning environment.
• Contribute to achieving student performance goals and business targets.
