Job summary

Mathnasium is seeking a Center Director to take full ownership of the Greenwich and Stamford math learning centers. You will drive enrollment, lead the team of instructors, and run the center day-to-day during after-school hours, turning inquiries into enrolled families.

You’ll manage schedules, maintain operations, oversee student assessments, and build customized learning plans while identifying growth opportunities and ensuring a high-quality student experience.

Qualifications

• Experience combining sales or client-facing work with team/operations management.
• Must be able to pass a math literacy test and background check.
• Currently enrolled in undergraduate studies or higher, or have completed a Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Own enrollment growth and drive center enrollment.
• Own parent/family communication and customer service to maintain retention.
• Lead and schedule instructor team to cover shifts during after-school hours.
• Manage center operations and ensure daily readiness for students.
• Administer student assessments and create learning plans.
