Job summary

Mathnasium in Illinois seeks an Assistant Center Director to lead parent communication, enrollment success, and local marketing. This full-time, in-center role works with the Center Director to drive growth and deliver the Mathnasium Method.

You'll manage follow-ups with leads, conduct consultations, engage families, support front desk operations, and contribute to community partnerships while ensuring a high-performing center and a positive learning environment for students.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Adept at making phone calls, texts, and follow-up outreach.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Passion for working with kids and families.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Solid math skills through Algebra I (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree preferred; marketing/education/business background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Follow-Up: Call, text, and email leads daily to schedule consultations and center tours.
• Enrollment Closure: Communicate program benefits clearly and close enrollments with confidence.
• Parent Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents and families and provide updates on progress.
• Marketing Support: Assist in local marketing initiatives, school outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Front Desk & Operations: Support scheduling, payments, data entry, and general operations.
• Team Collaboration: Work with the Center Director to maintain a smooth-running center.
• Instructional Support: Occasionally assist with instruction and assessments using the Mathnasium Method.
