Job summary

Mathnasium is seeking a motivated individual to support center leadership, manage student learning plans, and help grow enrollment. The role blends tutoring with sales responsibilities in a dynamic after-school environment.

You will work with families, coordinate instruction with the team, and help ensure a safe, engaging learning space while using Mathnasium materials and methods. This position offers growth opportunities and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Passion for math and working with students.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained.
• Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities.
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I.
• Proficiency in computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing student learning plans.
• Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and enrolling students.
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress.
• Lead and coach team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Manage students’ learning progress and engagement during sessions.
• Mentor and support employee development with on-the-job training.
• Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method.
