Job summary

Easterseals Southern California seeks a qualified Child Development Program Supervisor who leads educators to deliver high-quality instruction and prepare children for kindergarten. This role oversees staff, ensures compliance, and partners with families to maximize children's growth.

You will coach staff, monitor licensing requirements, manage budgets, and drive continuous quality improvement through data analysis and training. Local travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or related field.
• Possession of a Site Supervisor permit.
• Minimum of 3 Infant Toddler units.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality instruction for kindergarten readiness.
• Provide staff with motivation and recognition for achievements.
• Ensure staff have training, tools, and support to perform well.
• Support staff growth through observation and coaching.
• Engage families and provide access to center resources.
• Drive continuous quality improvement using data analysis and planning.
• Review data to ensure contract requirements and outcomes.
• Provide training on policy, safety, and licensing requirements.
