Bright Horizons is seeking a Child Care Center Field Director in the Chicagoland area to lead daily operations, drive program quality, and ensure exceptional service for children, families, and staff.

You will hire and mentor teachers, oversee enrollment, marketing, billing and compliance, and partner with families and clients to shape a thriving center that supports growth and impact.

Competenze

• Associate or higher degree in early childhood education, education, or child development related field (required).
• At least four years of leadership experience in high-quality child care, daycare, or preschool settings (required).
• Experience in both teaching (infant, toddler or preschool) and administration of a child care center (required).
• Strong understanding of center quality, compliance, health, safety and licensing standards (required).
• Willingness to commute at least 1.5 hours each way to a center/school for temporary assignment; mileage reimbursement above 10 miles one way.
