Bright Horizons Children's Centers is seeking a Child Care Center Field Director in the Chicagoland area to lead daily operations, mentor teachers, and drive program excellence. The role focuses on enrollment growth, budget adherence, and building strong partnerships with families, clients, and staff.

You will oversee center supervision, curriculum delivery, and customer service while ensuring compliance with licensing and health and safety standards.

Qualificações

• Must pass state and company background checks.
• Associate or higher degree in early childhood education, education, or child development related field required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least four years of leadership experience in high-quality child care, daycare, or preschool settings.
• Experience in both teaching (infant, toddler, or preschool) and administration of a child care center.
• Strong understanding of center quality, compliance, health, safety and licensing standards.
• Willing to commute at least 1.5 hours each way to a center for temporary assignment; mileage reimbursed beyond 10 miles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead hiring and create a motivating, inclusive work environment that retains staff.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to evaluate and ensure program quality standards.
• Manage enrollment, marketing, billing, and accounts payable, while ensuring budget compliance.
• Build strong relationships and communicate proactively with families, clients, staff, and licensing.
