Qualifications

• Four years’ experience working with young adults in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, direct and supervise administrative and programmatic activities.
• Provide staff training and evaluate performance.
• Ensure center functioning and contract compliance with DOL and corporate policies.
• Develop center plans, goals and objectives with controls.
• Communicate with student body and manage reports and procedures.
