Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required or related field.
• Two years’ experience working with youth.
• Two years in a supervisory role.
• Candidates must pass background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise social development programs for students.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenditures.
• Develop policies and coordinate with other departments to meet center objectives.
• Provide staff training and evaluate performance.
• Oversee dormitory operations and ensure student safety and compliance.
• Coordinate leadership programs and student government activities.
